Who goes where, in one look

🌱

Start here

New to AI or want a proper foundation.

AI for Beginners E-Learning

Your first real contact with AI, at your own pace.

~2 h, self-paced

A self-paced e-learning that explains what generative AI actually is and gets you using it for simple everyday tasks. You'll try things directly in LibreChat and Copilot Chat while you learn.

For you if

you've barely touched AI tools and want to start without anyone watching over your shoulder.

Target group

Everyone at Daimler Truck

You need

None. This is the starting line.

Book AI for Beginners E-Learning

Prompting Workshop

How GenAI works, how to ask it properly, and where the guardrails are.

half-day live workshop

A live workshop on writing prompts that actually get you what you need. You'll learn how the models work under the hood (just enough to use them well), practise on your own work tasks, and learn what you should never paste into a chat.

For you if

you already use AI now and then but the answers are hit-and-miss.

Target group

Everyone who uses AI tools at work

You need

You've used an AI chat at least a few times. The Beginners E-Learning covers that.

🤝

For you and your team

Find out together where AI helps in your daily work.

Discover & Exchange AI Use Cases

Find out where AI actually helps in your team's daily work.

workshop, ~2-3 h

A workshop where your team digs through its own weekly routines and finds the tasks AI could take over. You leave with concrete use cases from your own department, not generic examples, plus the ones other teams already got working.

For you if

you keep hearing 'AI saves time' but nobody has shown you where, in your actual job.

Target group

Teams and departments, all functions

You need

Basic AI knowledge in the room. The Prompting Workshop is the ideal warm-up.

Gamified Formats for Agentic AI

The Ten Days Challenge and Process Archaeology: play your way into agents.

10 × 5 min (Challenge) or 60-90 min (Archaeology)

Two playful team formats. The Ten Days Challenge sends you one five-minute task per workday for two weeks, from spotting an agent-able task to pitching your team's idea. Process Archaeology takes one process you run every week and asks 'why do we do it this way?' five levels deep. Most processes turn out to be relics, and that's exactly where agents fit.

For you if

your team learns better by doing (and a bit of competition never hurt anyone).

Target group

Everyone; runs in teams of three across functions

You need

None. Curiosity is enough.

Power up your daily tools

You live in Excel or in code. AI belongs there too.

Microsoft 365 Copilot: Excel Deepdive

Analyse data, build formulas and reports with Copilot doing the heavy lifting.

deepdive workshop, ~2-3 h

A hands-on deepdive for people who spend real hours in Excel. You'll use Copilot to analyse data, write formulas you'd normally google, and turn raw tables into reports, all on realistic files.

For you if

Excel is where your workday happens and formulas still cost you time.

Target group

Everyone who works with data in Excel

You need

You work with Excel regularly and have M365 Copilot access.

Book Microsoft 365 Copilot: Excel Deepdive

GitHub Copilot for Software Developers

Ship faster with an AI pair programmer that knows your codebase.

workshop, ~3 h

A developer-only format on coding with GitHub Copilot: completing and refactoring code, writing tests, and knowing when to trust a suggestion and when to bin it. Built around real development workflows, not toy examples.

For you if

you write code for a living and haven't made Copilot part of your flow yet.

Target group

Software developers and IT engineers

You need

You write code as part of your job. That's it.

Build agents

You want AI to do work for you, not just chat with you.

How to Build an AI Agent with Copilot Studio

Walk in with a task that annoys you, drive out with an agent that does it.

1-day build-along

A build-along workshop in Copilot Studio. You pick a real, repetitive task from your own work and build an agent that handles it: trigger, data, logic, action. By the end it runs, and you know how to build the next one.

For you if

you use AI daily and you're ready for it to start doing work instead of just answering questions.

Target group

Confident AI users from any function

You need

Solid daily AI use and good prompting. The Prompting Workshop level, roughly.

Copilot Mastery Series

From single agents to automated workflows and multi-agent systems.

module series, 4 sessions à 2 h

A module series for people who already build: automating whole workflows with agents, advanced RAG (agents that work with your documents properly), and multi-agent systems where agents hand work to each other. Each module goes one level deeper.

For you if

you've built your first agent and immediately thought 'okay, what else can I automate?'

Target group

Advanced users, power users, CDAOs

You need

You've built at least one working agent, e.g. in the Copilot Studio workshop.

🧭

Lead and multiply

You steer a team, an org, or help others learn AI.

AI Leaders Journey

Drive AI adoption in your department instead of just using it yourself.

track, 4 sessions à 2 h

A multi-session track for leaders: strategic AI use that improves your team's performance and decisions, handling resistance, and leading by example. You'll use AI on your own leadership tasks first, because a mandate from experience beats a mandate from slides.

For you if

you lead people and 'my team should use AI more' is on your list but nothing is moving.

Target group

Leaders: VPs, department heads, team leads

You need

None. The journey meets you at your level.

Book AI Leaders Journey

Champion Network Training

The Guru track: learn to teach, spot use cases, and help your department build.

5 workshops à 2 h

Five two-hour workshops for AI champions: what it means to be a Guru, teaching people about AI, spotting use cases in your department, helping colleagues implement agents, and AI ethics & governance. Cohorts of up to 20, with prep work between sessions that comes from your own department.

For you if

colleagues already come to you with AI questions and you want to do that job properly.

Target group

AI Champions and CDAOs

You need

Completed knowledge-phase programs (Beginners + Prompting or equivalent skill level).

Book Champion Network Training

For Executives & CDAOs

Coaching on demand plus a curated briefing, so the mandate comes from experience.

on-demand sessions, 30-60 min

1:1 coaching sessions on whatever is actually on your desk: your personal AI baseline, AI strategy and board communication, or transforming your organisation. Plus a newsletter that keeps you current without you having to chase the news. Executives set the AI direction, and this makes sure it's set from experience.

For you if

you're expected to have an AI opinion at board level and want it grounded in your own hands-on use.

Target group

Executives: C-level, board members, SVPs, and CDAOs

You need

None.
